Our house...

A nice renovate house of 19th century.

Two levels (basement + 1st floor): living room (fireplace) open with kitchen (dishwasher), external dining room, 2 bedrooms (4 adult places), 2 bathrooms with shower both, laundry room (washing machine). Comfortable in winter and during summer: heating + A/C inverter (hot-cold choice).  Wifi available.



The house is in the historical center of Prato: half mile by walking to the train-bus station, primary connection with all tuscan & italian destinations (Florence 15 miles, Pisa 50 miles, Bologna 50 miles, Rome 160 miles, Milan 190 miles, Naples 280 miles).

13/09/2013: We spent lovely time in Prato in this nice, elegant and warm apartment. It's very comfortable and near the center of the town as well as the railway station. We commend the apartment for all who want to stay in calm small nice Tuscan town and who plane to visit by train such places as Florence, Pisa, Pistoia, Lucca and then. It has a very nice price!!!
